How do you pay me the pension refund?

The trustee lawyer will receive the payment from the German Pension Insurance on your escrow account and transfer the money immediately to your local bank account. The trustee lawyer is required by law to always act in the best interest of the trust beneficiary (you). In other words, while the trustee lawyer generally has a great deal of financial control over the refund amount, every action he takes must be for the benefit of the trust beneficiary (you) and no one else.
